RUBINEX SAS – General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Rubinex SAS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 90192542000019, headquartered at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase through Rubinex’s websites (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).

Products Sold

The products marketed by Rubinex SAS include:

• MRX Masks – Reusable and transparent masks.
• AirX Filters – Replaceable filters for 24-hour use.
• CapX Covers – Customizable protective covers.
• Attachments: EarX, CrownX, TempleX.
• Accessories: CaseX (storage pouch), CleanX (cleaning wipes), SprayX (cleaning spray).

Pricing

• All prices are listed in [currency], including all applicable taxes (TTC), but excluding delivery fees.
• Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the ordered products.
• Rubinex SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the applicable rates at the time of the order will be honored.

Order Process

• Orders are exclusively placed via the Rubinex website [URL].
• Placing an order implies full acceptance of these GTC.
• Upon order validation, the Client will receive a confirmation email detailing their purchase. Rubinex SAS reserves the right to refuse any order in case of a previous dispute with the Client.

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer.

Delivery

Return Conditions:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.
• If the return complies with the conditions, a refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the product.

Warranty

Products are covered by:

• The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code).
• The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

Intellectual Property

The MRX, AirX, CapX brands and other commercial names, as well as all designs, images, and texts present on the Rubinex website, are the exclusive property of Rubinex SAS.

Rubinex SAS complies with data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
